Architecture : Definition of systems architecture, actual view, legitimate view, architecture standards, security, and so on

Framework Selection : Operating Systems, equipment, organizations, recuperation systems, and so forth 

Non-Functional Requirements : Performance, adaptability, security, and so on 

Administration : Technical Leadership, obligation and authority, group the board, and so on 

Training and Mentoring : Help with specialized issues, help with proficient turn of events, and so on 

Task Methodology : Project Structure, Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, RUP, XP… ). 

Advancement Processes : Source code adaptation control, assemble measures, persistent coordination, test computerization and other improvement cycles and apparatuses. 

Practices and Standards : Coding principles and white papers, choice of instruments, and so on 

Plan, Development and Testing : UML outlines, coding, unit tests, and so on 

Experience : Knowledge of advances and architectures. 

Keep awake to-date on innovation patterns : Agile, Web 2.0, SOA, Lightweight Java EE, and so forth
